MP5 A3 Upgrade advice

Looking at all the gear on Zero One and I am in way over my head.
Need some advice on what Motor, Gearbox and Barrel to upgrade on an ICS MP5 A3.
Please don't judge me on the fact it is an ICS though. 3 Years old and still going strong. Just time I made pack a bit more of a punch.
Will appreciate all advice and ideas that people can give.

Point to note - I will be buying off Zero One as they have been fantastic to for all my buys. Ideas with products on site please.

Just wanting to improve the accuracy and increase the rate of fire onto it. Increasing on the power perhaps as well.
Basically a tune up on it so i can have a bit more fun

imo
a tb barrel
tm hop rubber
and mabe a new motor eg g&p 120 or element ultra speed
