What I don't understand is why Diemaco didn't add a short stroke piston to help with the heat issues like HK did. Although HK weren't the first people to put short stroke pistons into Armalites, they're have been custom Armalites with short stroke pistons in them for a long time.
rest in peace tactical make short stroke armalites to order.
(not a retailer mods, just a us weapons manufacturer of real steel guns)

You would think that a Special Forces unit like the SAS would have something a lot more reliable in combat, like an Armalite with a short stroke piston :P
