Silencer adaptors

I have now got a tokyo marui meu and i was wondering which silencer adaptors would work well with it? so far i have seen a nine ball threaded outer barrel, and also a tanoi koba 'one touch' adaptor which is supposed to cut its own thread. However, would the tanoi koba work with my pistol, or if i were to use the nine ball outer barrel which is metal, would the combination of a metal outer barrel and a plastic slide be detrimental?
