Hi-Cappa? Worth it?
12 January, 2011, 17:04
Seen loads of these Marui Hi-cappas around. They look great but if their so good why are people selling them?
What I want to know is are they worth getting or would it to be better to invest in something else like a glock or a sig p226?
Cheers,
Hunter

Mainly because they're not that exciting. I don't find them all that attractive, but they are some of the best pistols about (The TM ones).

People are all selling the WE ones because they dont work in the winter. Get a TM one instead

That as well
Very true. The WE ones always seem to develop problems.

Re: Hi-Cappa? Worth it?
ive had both the WE and TM 4.3 hi-capas and the WE is no where near as good as the TM model, the range on the TM is stunning, reliable as hell and parts are everywhere not to mention how customisable and upgradeable they are!
get a TM one!!

Re: Hi-Cappa? Worth it?
TM one you won't regret it.
As for people selling them, some people might need the money, fancy a change etc. The reason they arepopular is because they are bloody good. But then so are the rest of TM range of pistols.

Re: Hi-Cappa? Worth it?
The 5.1 & 4.3 are excellent platforms to work with or even keep stock .In general I hear the 4.3 better over all though

Re: Hi-Cappa? Worth it?
I sold a TM Hicapa 4.3 recently, but the only reason for the sale was because I had two.
I can't ever see me selling the one I still have though, great gun and has never let me down.

Hmm. I think I have some 0.25s laying around - may try some in my 1911 at the weekend...
