Lipo's and Mosfets

I know there is probably already a thread on this, but im gunna post it anyways:

basically im hearing all this stuff about lipos and mosfets.

but what actually are they and what do they do to benifit the gun?
and how much is the average cost for them?

NEEDED L96 Mag Release, 40rnd Mags, and Bi-pod adapter
