I did it with my M14 and a peice of ally tube. Cut up some sponge and due to the M14's flash hider I didn't have to make a inner tube again. Works soo well.

How are people filling their silencers with cotton whool without it all falling appart and end up catching BB's inside the silencer :S?

My ICS MP5 had a metal cylinder through the silencer itself, so it was a quick and easy job.

My TM Mp5 SD's suppressor has a 9mm bore pipe through it with holes - gives a realistic muzzle. That gives +/- 1.5mm deviation room for about 100mm from the inner barrel muzzle to the outer.
