I read somewhere that the hop up was fitted for .25g bb's. I don't personally have one to try it out with, but it could be worth a punt. hope this helps

Arc it like a mortar ..worked a treat for me!!

My DE shotgun reached out a confirmed 30 meters...kinda obvious since it slaps the 30 meter sign with a ..well *slap*

And how often do you hit a target this way?

Yes it was but I am sure the guy said he only used it a few times, the Shottie did look like it was hardly used

or the three fixed hops could be adjusted badly. In which case you are stuck with it unfortunately. They are a complete b**tard to take apart.

                  and lob shotting is lame!

3 new tightbores and 3 hop-up rubbers and 0.25g, may not be cheap but you'll get some good range

is it really worth it for fixed hops though? I have used a tri shot shottie a number of times and come up against them loads.

they cannot compete with a well adjusted aeg for range and accuracy. Personally I think trying to use them for that is pretty much pointless
