new gun?

hi
need advice on a new purchase.
im going to need something VERY accurate and VERY reliable as its going to be a base platform for a dmr I was looking at the g&p m16a3 but im not sure about the performance and reliability.

I have a G&P M16 from Z1 and it is a great gun internals and out apart from Hop Up rubber is awful so i replaced it with a Blue Madbull rubber and a 590mm Madbull tightbore
and now its very accurate and it has a very good range for an AEG. Also i was getting 19rounds per second from it on a half charge
So i would definatly go for that is you have £30 sapre for a hop up and barrel change
Ive made a DMR out of mine and it looks awesome with silencer but is very large
