I have now tried 3 batteries and all of them beep could it be the rate I am charging? the lowest on my charger is 500 and the battery is 1500mAh but I was sure I am charging at an okay rate

500 is my lowest setting :/ I would get a fancy pants charger but I am flat broke from bills.

Ok 3 things.
Supervise your batteries and keep them in a fireproof container.
Charge at your lowest possible setting.
And finaly get them on another charger.
If it still beeps on a totaly different charger, id invest in a new one.

Sounds like switch mode power supply noise to me
Possible fault on the charger. Time for a new one if you're not confident fixing switch mode power supplies.......
