Re: Help with removing two tone
Sand paper I would have thought would be the best bet. Sand it down and then put a THIN layer of krylon to touch it up a little. make sure you have got all the blue paint off first though. also make sure you have a defense.

Re: Help with removing two tone
Don't use nail polish to remove it. It may look as though it has done a good job but compromises the plastic ( a friend bought a ex two tone replacement mp5 stock for a quick fix. shouldered it and it snapped in half). as Oliver says have you tried using water? I have seen people with patchy two tone after 30mins of light rain maybe a bit of soapy water will do it. If that doesn't work then try sand paper. One thing is you need to spend a LONG time sanding with different levels(?) of paper so the slide is still perfectly smooth.

Some fine wire wool and elbow grease will also do the job

Agree with it.
If you put effort into it, you'll get a good finish, and after sanding it down, give it a few layers of krylon.

Wouldn't this be classed as illegal...
It's 2-toned for a reason unless your UKARA registered.

He is a member of the UKARA (looked at his profile).
Disturbing the peace? I got thrown out of a window! What's the charge for getting pushed out of a moving car, huh? Jaywalking?

I believe that he is removing the paint for his friend from what I've understood. Either that or his friend gave him the AEG to keep (doubt it) and he wants to remove the paint.

Read again because firstly it's a pistol not an AEG and secondly he has given it to him.
