Renting properties

ok so here's the situation, i'm looking for a property to rent as a university student in bournemouth; How would a landlord feel if i were to keep airsoft guns in said property, in a locked metal cupboard? is it most likely to be fine or would there be complications?

It's very unlikely to cause any issues. You probably don't even need to mention it. You own them legally and it's not like you'll be waving them out the windows at people (hopefully!)

I lived in rented property for over 6 months with a full armoury. Never caused the slightest issue

I don't see there would be any issues at all, unless there's something specific in the lease. Don't ask, don't tell!

The landlord has no legal right to enter a rented property without giving notice, except in an emergency. So, keep them out of sight just in case and all will be well.

As others have said, there shouldn't be an issue. It's not a crime to own or use them. Your landlord has no need to know about all your pass-times.

hi there,
as the others have said it really should not be an issue.
i live in a rented house with my armoury in a cabinet, and do some target practice in the kitchen.
as long as you pick all the bbs up you should be fine!!!
