I cant even remember all these pins types but no need to be upity bumpity yo thread when it hasnt even been a day y0.
anyway ive got the motorolla one pin version and they are loud as hell even on volume one i have to take my connection out to give my ear a break so ill buying a different head set at somepoint
great for hard of hearing though

No you need a ptt and they are loud on older motorola t series but perfect on t7s

nah you need ptts beecause i dont think any radio will accept the giant great plug it uses on the headset,
head set
to ptt
ptt to radio
element have two versions an older military style plug and a newer version dunno the difference sadly

You on about the large jack from element
If so then yes you need a ptt from element I. The round ptt, icom or the z tac t ptt
as the system goes
headset with large jack, into a large jack reciever to the ptt then to the single pin or dual pin Into the radio
shop around for the style your after mate
