Recommend tm m4a1 v1 328fps upgrade

Hi everyone i was wondering if people could help.

It has been a long time since i last did airsofting but after recently getting back into it Im now looking to upgrade (and fix) my old m4.

I currently have a TM m4a1 version 1 that i want to upgrade to 328fps. Realistically i need to replace the old gears and get a new battery (i think i modified it so it can take a bigger than standard battery). I searched the forums and could only see a post for recommended version 2 m4a1 parts.

I want to get it fixed as soon as possible but due to being out of the loop since i went to uni i was wondering if people could help recommend me which parts i need in order to achieve ~328fps (eg spring/bushes/gears).
