Mate we can't really decide for you, but....

Either the AK, because it's TM. or the AUG because JG make awesome AUGs.

as above but dont buy one straight away if you can rent one then do that then at least you can try and get a feel of the ak and the m4 see what you prefer (as they are the most common hire guns) then someone at the site is bound to have an aug so ask nicely if you can have a hold and take a look im sure they wouldnt mind as your new

although at the end its up to you mate, most people start with an m4 and upgrade from there and thats what i recommend though, g&g have alot of high quality m4 varients under 200

I started out with a JG AUG A3 and it was superb, range and accuracy was so surprising definatly worth looking into.

I had a JG AUG A2 as my first gun and never regretted it, great rate of fire superb range and accuracy. The quality of the gun is superb, as is the attention to detail.

I've got both, and I love both, but I'd say go for the Marui AK.
