How many are there available?
Just wondering if you could tell me what Companies actually make them?
Price range second hand?
Any info on them really

I think *made* would more be the word.
As far as I know, Tanaka and Maruzen don't make most of theirs anymore. Maruzen definitely still make their M1100 revision. Not sure about the normal 1100. Marushin I have no idea about. Some of them you can find in shops still, but good luck finding any of the Tanaka shotguns. Generally broken or their owners love them too much to sell them. There is one UK shop that has a Takana shotgun in stock, but they want £500 fot them. Which isn't unreasobable given availability, but rather a lot of money.
