USP Question
27 July, 2009, 13:41
Thinking of getting a USP.I am looking for one that looks closest to the 9mm USP.A bit confused should I go for the compact or the .45. Who makes the best one.

Do KSC make a 9mm USP specifically?

Re: USP Question
not that i have seen, but their USPs are gorgeous
i absolutely think mine is the best weapon ever - not necessarily performance wise but the build quality is stunning
or... get the KWA with metal slide and get the 9mm markings engraved onto the slide - would be a very unique weapon then

Re: USP Question
I have the KSC USP but would like to get a 9mm marked outer barrel because I don't do Yank. Surprised no one's made one yet...

Re: USP Question
i dont do yank
but in real life i would choose .45 over 9mm
besides when i think of yank i just think of either really small crappy revolvers or M9 berettas

Re: USP Question
Much depends on the cartridge in use though.

Re: USP Question
Having fired both a .45 variant and 9mm in real life I would go for the 9mm USP Compact, less recoil for better grouping however the .45 does have more stopping power.
H&K will by "special request" provide a .357SIG version of the Compact - that is truly rare and if I were getting one engraved I'd go for that option.... Hmmmmmm Magnum flavour!

Re: USP Question
In airsoft terms there is no difference between a usp .45 and usp 9mm as a) they are both the same frame just different calibre in the real firearm and b) this is airsoft so it will be 6mm and have the same kick back because its GBB.
The only difference would be markings on a top slide so go for the usp 45 as they are more readily avaliable.
This Post may contain my opinions and if you disagree with them Tough S**T!

Re: USP Question
The WGC KSC custom USPc has 9mm markings. Shipwreck bought my old one, PM him for pics as I don't have any anymore

Re: USP Question
the new system is basically a design to make the gun perform better and alot of their old guns are having the makeover.a well known hk site that supplies airsoft equipment did a good side by side test between 2 of the same guns. they are not interchangable parts or mags between the 2 types.take the usp for example the old magazine you could not not see the internal spring and was loaded using the tube and push rod whereas the new ones you can have the spring hold down for you using a catch and load using speed loader. there are many differences but this was the easiest i could think of.
