  • LiPo questions.

    Hey guys,
I have a few of questions about LiPo batteries:
    - What makes them different to NimH batteries?
    - Would they work in my G&G CM16 without frying the insides or exploding?

Sorry if i sound like a complete noob
    Thanks

    Re: LiPo questions.

im pretty sure if you stick to a 7.4V lipo you will be fine.
Though I have never seen inside of a GG gun...

      Re: LiPo questions.

they are different in many ways,

they deliver the constant power outage, compared to NIMH peaks then drops off when flat, using a lipo alarm warns you when your running then low on each cell

also using a 7.4 2200- 3000 MAH, max burst rate of 25c will be fine

no! lipos aren't supposed to drop below 6v altogether, 3v per cell. Below this and it can damage the lipo. So only use til you notice the rof go down then stop!

charge it up to full before storing it. Then you can't go wrong
