old tms are not very good, cheap plastic, cheap gearbox

ics is not pimpable

and what does a assault vest have to do with that list

From your title choices it has to be the Specter, but if i was you; go and hold/ fire both the Specter and a G&P M4 varient and make up your mind that way.

i wouldn't buy those specter guns, they haven't been used by many players and are probably cheap re brands.
