Klarus XT10 lens - safe from BBs?

I just bought a Klarus XT10 light/strobe. Haven't played with it yet but it seems pretty great from testing in the house.

One thing I'm a bit concerned about is the lens. The specs say "Toughened, ultra clear glass" but I've no idea what that actually means when it comes to impact rating.

Does anyone have this torch? Or any ideas? Shall I cut a bit of acrylic and attach it to the front just in case or would that be paranoid?

id cut a bit of acrylic mate better to be paranoid than annoyed that you have just lost a wad of cash to a BB

Do not worry about the lens of the Klarus XT10 or XT11 being shot out by a BB. It's been tested it very close range!
