hard vs soft hop rubbers

i'm looking at the
Prometheus Air Seal Chamber Packing Hard AEG in red/pink
and the
Prometheus Air Seal Chamber Packing soft AEG in blue
which one is better? for a g36E and will these work with a mauri chamber.
i use .25, barrel length 470mm, fps aprox 280

350 fps and below you want soft

over 350 you want hard
