GBB M9 gas problem please!
3 August, 2011, 13:51
Hi guys i just bought a TM M92f GBB pistol off here and it arrived today in great condition and everything but when i came to load the magazine with green gas from zero one but not the pro version (if that makes a difference) the gas was going in but lots of it was spraying out and on further inspection the hole in the magazine where you put the gas in looks too small for the hole in the green gas container.
Do i need to buy different gas or anything like that?

Re: GBB M9 gas problem please!
1 this is a technical question, so should be posted in the technical section
2 my FN 5-7 mags do this with 134a gas, but fill fine with ultra or powerful gas

Re: GBB M9 gas problem please!
It could be that you're missing the O-ring from the valve. I emptied a mag then it spewed gas while filling and our local Techie said the O-ring came out. Replaced and fills as it should.

Re: GBB M9 gas problem please!
I seem to not be able to fill the mag up to quite enough pressure to be able to fire off one mag of BBS so i am always left with three of four BBs in the mag before i run out of gas but it does not gas out it just runs out like normal. Do i have to buy new gas or is there an adaptor or something i can use or even a trick to get a good seal so i can fill the mag.

Re: GBB M9 gas problem please!
Opun further inspection it looks like i am missing the external O ring from my mag which i did not know was there as im a massive noob with GBB pistols. Does anyone know what size or specification O ring i need because compared to my gas powered grenade it looks really small?

Re: GBB M9 gas problem please!
Ok so i just bought a refillable lighter just a cheapo one and i cannot seem to work out how to take it apart short of smashing it up and i dont know how great an idea that would be. It is just a white Clipper one which is pretty easy to find online. Any ideas on how to take it apart guys? thanks

I just use a pin to get under the seal on the fill valve.
I use those type of lighter though.
