What kind of lube do I need?

Hi guys. I've been wanting to lube up my guns moving parts recently with lube. What lubricant would you recommend for the barrel and mowing parts in my Airsoft gun?

You don't want to lube your barrel, it'll mess up your accuracy big time.
In terms of moving parts, lithium grease for the any metal on metal moving parts (gears etc) and silicone grease for any plastic moving parts (i.e. the piston, o-rings etc)

Yeah. I got a S&W Sigma 40f. The blowback stoped working and thus the loading of the gun stoped working so i thought that some grease would do the trick, Also i need some grease for my m4..

Metal to metal = white lithium grease
Anything involving plastic = silicone lube

Avoid any grease on the hop up though, it'll seriously mess with your range, accuracy and consistency.

strawberry is pretty good, really helps my piston pump the motor

As has been said, but shall reiterate, white lithium (sometimes known as bearing grease or pedal bearing grease in the bike world), get tubes from most cycle shops for a couple of quid, and silicone grease for rubber seals mainly as lithium damages the rubber.
