A quick query

Hey guys,
I'm looking to buy extra mags for a TM FA-MAS. I'd prefer midcaps as I've read that they're quieter than hi-caps. Thing is, zero one only sells two types, 60 round and 300 rounds. Now my question is this, is the 300 actually a mid-cap (I know some hi-caps can go up to nearly 500)? And if not, could anyone PM me suggestions for sourcing them please ? Thanks
