INfo on stock TM SSR VSR-10 Sniper Rifle

I have a few questions

1) Firstly is this the best Sniper rifle out of the 3 VSRs that TM do ~(G spec/ etc)

2) I want to use this stock with the smallish iron sights you have and wanted to know will this out range a similar fps TM aeg? Anybody had any luck using the iron sights?

3) what weight bbs should i use with this whilst its standard to get the best range/accuracy?

4) Later once I am used to it I will consider upgrades, could somebody point me in the direction of a thread or article on what upgrades it needs and in which order?


5) Zero one sell these for under 170GBP is this correct? Seems cheap for a TM or is this due to it in essence just being a springer.

IIRC this is the real shock version. So it'll have a huge weight bolted onto the piston which is utter shi*e.

I'd go for a full length non real shock if you want to use the iron sights. As for ammo i'd choose Guarder .28's or Guarder .3's.

On their website they have 2 listed, the TM SSR VSR-10 Pro sniper and the TM SSR VSR-10 real shock, I want the pro sniper,

They are both the same price, why is the G-spec 55 GBP more?

G-Spec is more due to the silencer and a different bolt handle. Also the G-Spec has an airbrake on the piston which supposedly the Pro versions don't have

What difference does the airbrake make? I dont like the silencer personally and I have read that the pro is the most accurate of the 3?

sorry if this sounds dence of me but AEG's and GBB i know really well. Bolties on the other hand i have no idea about hence why a few years ago i bought a Well l96. Bad mistake.
