Re: what piston to get!
TM or Element Duracon are my personal favourites. I've used TM alot more than the element. 2 of the techs on here recommended the Element one and it's great

Re: what piston to get!
I used to go with the Duracon but now go with the SHS Blue supercore clone.
The Duracon I think is harder and more brittle where as the SHS is slighlty softer but stronger.

Re: what piston to get!
Asking in the technical help section would probably get you faster responses.
Also the following thread in there has asked the same question;

I too like the SHS Pistons. Very nice and don't cost the earth. The 7 Tooth one should be fine.
I'd be more worried about "slightly stripped" for the immediate future though. You need to know what is causing fast/excessive wear on your piston (assuming this has happened over a short space of time) otherwise you will strip/damage the new one too. While you have it open, may as well get some Sorbo or Nylon Washers and AOE correct it too

Re: what piston to get!
make sure your AoE is correct and that your not getting pre engagement so it doesnt happen again, then in termas of piston, element ones are good, and cheap, but the SHS ones are the strongest i believe.
