      If I remember correctly, ARES replaced the G36C with the G36CV a little while back, they must of dropped the price too.

        Ah awesome! Looks like I'll get the CV one then, don't suppose you've ever used either one? This will be my first airsoft rifle so want it to be a good, but relatively no hassle one!

          I've never used one, but they are supposedly pretty good, the only thing is the blowback. I think it's a mechanical one so it's directly attached to the piston, so you might want to disconnect it if you want the piston to last a bit longer.

            Btw, you want blowback that wont kill the gears get a g&g. Sadly they dont do g36s. And zeroone being a licenced g&g retailer...
