Most of the red dot sights are parallax free to some degree or other.

I've personally found that the aimpoint type ones work best for removing error.

I don't think you'll get anything 100% parralax free for an affordable price. But the higher end Aimpoints are pretty close, I've used and owned several and they fulfill the idea of being parralax free but there is a small amount of movement, nothing that'll negativly effect airsofting. I've heard that the higher end airsoft eotechs act the same but i haven't had any experience of them personally.
