mp5 mags...?

how do people carry MP5 mags...

i'm thinking mostly of the short/long
DOUBLE mags
...
do they fit in M4 pouches?
...
becasue obvs, they dont fit in mp5 pouches

I have just tried my MP5 box mag. (its two 30 round style curved mags joined by the winder with the fake bullets on top).

It will fit in all my double M4 30 round molle pouches. It fits fine in Viper velcro double molle, warrior double and British PLCE
Its a tight fit in the Viper M4 dropleg pouch.

I used to jam the doubles in an m4 or ak mag holder or just use a c mag and a dump bag

You can fit a few MP5 mags in the Pantac double AK pouches.

Viper grenade pouch fits perfect and i cant stress perfect enough

I fit two side by side in each open-top M4 pouch on my carrier

Viper vests fit every mag alive pretty much, not sure about others though, so go with viper velcro pouches or vests!

the double mp5 mags fit in the Triple m4 mag pouchs and sometimes the doubles if you cut and remove the elastic retention straps on the outside

also they fit in utility pouchs

no but its the exact dimentions for the small ones fits very nicely i was surprised ans the long ones fit fine in double m4 pouches

Apart from UMP mags, which I discovered last week!

UMP mags are a bi*ch to get in almost anything some of them really long pistol mag pouches will hold them.

I think its why a lot of police and swat still use mp5`s as the mags are easier to carry around.

Saying that an UMP mad does make a pretty good kosh
