Help identifying a handguard.

Was nosing around looking at AW338s, and saw this image and wondered if anyone knows what the handguard on the m16 in the foreground is. Thanks.

Shame they dont know the correct way round to put the ris front sight.

^ hadnt even noticed that.
Its a pic from a gun expo/ show or whatever so it might be custom.

Not sure it matter what way round it is, it's still obscuring most of the view through that low-mounted aimpoint... D'oh!
