i have one question... if my dad bought me a Blank firing grenade for urban, could i use it? :s

Depends on your site rules really!

Some sites won't let minors use any pyrotechnics.

Under 18's should not be using pyro , if you hurt your selves you are not insured.

If u where old enough to buy it yourself then you'd be able to use it yourself :-)

Totally different rules for the use of pyrotechnics! thats why you couldnt buy fireworks.

But I can see why you say that!
