APS & Evolution: Good or bad?

I've been seeing alot more of these companies recently, and i was wondering if they make decent kit, or if they just make crappy chinese clones.

Rumour has it that the latest products coming from APS (AKA Javelin) are supposed to be ok. Early stuff was poor. I noticed a lot of retailers (who I cannot name on this forum) are dumping the early APS stock and will probably drop the product like. I also noted said retailers have had a lot of returns on APS stuff. They also use a lot of propitiatory parts that you cannot source. So if something breaks (which it will) you have a gun you cannot easily fix.

Personally I would not touch an APS gun and I have been offered some at insanely low prices.

Evolution is not a brand I am aware of.
