    Okay, so I've got a packet of Element H-nubs sitting in front of me, and there are two different shapes. I'm wondering what the difference is (ie. is one for 400fps+ setups and the other for less than 400?). It's been puzzling me for a while, and google has not been forthcoming.

    From memory, the black one is the high fps one.

    If it's for an AEG, go for white, that's what my M4's got in it.

      Yup white one is for the lower fps. The black one is "meant" as they say to be used with a hard rubber with high fps
