Pistol parts like the Sears, valve knockers etc etc that arent silly prices.
Affordable metal frames for pistols like Hicapas.
Outer barrels and silencer adaptors for pistols that dont normally have them.

yeah the ones that run down the side, i had some made from steel in the U.S as the cast ones are shite

MP7 gearbox shells + reinforced shotgun internals.
Would love to be able to play around with my shotgun, maybe get it to around 300-320fps and try putting a bit of hop on, but the replacement parts are just nigh unobtainable, making any experiments a rather dangerous thing if one of the plastic parts decides to break.

my bro has spoke to him about my idea and hes cool with it

its a small family biz so i dont have to make bulk orders
wanna start small
was thinking flash hinders, silencers (possible custom sizes) and outer barrels at first anyway

just want simple things at 1st
keep cost down and get an idea of what this guy can do

I personally have an ongoing HK79 project and I want to recreate my Maruzen MicroUzi receiver in aluminium, as well as a metal housing for my NV scope to be built into. But then again, I am building my own CNC Machine to do all that in the first place :P

But all of this is irrelevant, how do you plan to make the 3D models? 3D scans, then tidy? Hand-build? What is his pricing likely to be?

Raw materials are really not that expensive, so the cost comes in the design, so you may want to put down a bit more info on what he can and can't do, which materials and processes he has access to (you wouldn't CNC A polymer handguard for instance), as well as posting a bit of his previous work.

as i say not fully sure yet what he can do, but will be finding out soon

yea that right was gonna say about flash hinders like you was saying
found loads of designs, and like you said if i can sell them cheap would be a good lil start
just need to find out if any fall under copyright laws

by the way, when you say "Alternative armature selector switches"
what are they? like different design selector switch?
like scar design for m4 sorta thing?

only one thing comes to mind.... those darn expensive plastic ICS M4 hop-up chamber. Would be nice to have a metal drop in hop chamber. Can't understand why ICS haven't changed the material they use for their M4 hop chamber. I know, design-wise, its one of the best Hop chamber there is but would be better if its metal.

100% in agreement I have broken 2 now and never broken a hop chamber in any other guns! My ICS M4 is currently out of commission as a result. I am not paying £35 posted for another weak plastic hop unit.
