ok,im looking at buying myself a ruger mk1 for christmas, but i have a question, is there any way i can drop the fps on it, i'm thinking replacement trigger springs, but not sure where to get them.

what do you want to drop it down too, and why do you want to drop it?

there is a vid on youtube where a guy is upping the power by putting a bb half in to stiffen the hammer spring. Surely this would work in reverse. Keep taking a bit off the spring until you hit your desired fps?

330 ish, as it comes in arround 400-410. looking at either the gemtech oasis or the kjw mk1.

i thought trimming the spring would work, but i dont want to end up light striking and have something that doesnt work

mine is the mk1 so not sure about oasis, apart from it looking sexy! Mine shots about 430 on green but using lower power gas, its around 370 on a warm day. Around christmas on low power gas, 350 should be fine
