I'm afraid not, mate. The WE 1911 series aren't clones of the TM, so the mags aren't compatible.

i imagine they would, but i have been advised away from using tm mags in clones due to the fact that they are set up for full metal pistols. something to do with metal pistols having harder recoil springs, meaning a lot more gas is used compared to the same mag in a TM pistol. not a problem for Hi capa's since they are huge, but a 1911 would be horrible =P

Thats bizarre? WE glock mags? Are you sure its not KJW or someone else?

As for will they fit? No. The TM and WE systems are totally different.

i know one retailer no longer sells tm m9 mags and advises buying WE mags instead, hadnt seen it for 1911's thou.

WE brought a Glock 17 out a couple of months ago, which is a clone of the TM. Don't know about 1911 compatibility though.

NO, the magwell on the WE is wider than those on the TM

THanks for the help guys , leaves me in a sticky situation as there seems to be none in stock anywhere and i can't find any safarilands either , might have to go for a serpa.

We m9 takes tm mags and works

We 1911 doesn't take tm mags

The tm mags DO work in the we glock series and WE do make glock mags
YouTube ra tech glock mag test

Will show you a HK clone tm glock and we glock using each mag and working
