Witch m7a1 king arms or g@p ?

Hi folks, as you can see from the title I'm looking to buy an m7a1, but witch one? Some traders are saying King arms others G'P. I don't mind doing internal upgrades and general tinkering, but witch is the best one to start with in terms of overall quality.

G&P all the way
Can't go wrong
Great internals with loads of upgrade potential if you're that way inclined
Great externals
Decent performance out the box
Compatible with most mags

Only king arms m4 I ever had was really picky with mags

Not had much to do with KA but very happy with the quality and performance of my G&P, can sometimes come a bit hot out of the box though. No probs if your happy to tinker....

I'll add to the G&P vote!

Have had nothing but good times with mine, have dropped the spring down to an m90 and its still good for CQB and woodland. Just having a Raptor FET fitted and it will be complete!

Thanks for all your comments, looks like G@P then.
One more thing, I am going to use 7.4 lipos, how many would I need for a day's skirmish.
