Re: reciever problem
How much does the body cost?
Edit: it might be worth getting a better base, like a g&p or something.

If you can PROVE you are able to avail yourself of the defence of being an airsofter, then manufacturing an RIF is legal. This was discussed in a thread a week or two back, without wishing to sound like a pratt - I suggest you read it. Due to your age it would be very relevant.
Hope this helps.
*EDIT* Here is said thread
it's locked, so whatever knowledge you gleam from it can't be clarified, so if you remain unsure, talk to someone who is properly qualified to give you an answer (not me, this answer was given to you by me due to discussions I have had with people on here). I've read over some of the relevant legal documents, but I haven't been educated in anything to do with the law, so the thread should answer your questions.

It was indeed. Just linked him to it, so hopefully he can use that to get an answer. The thing about the thread was there was a lot of band waggoning. Plenty of people passing opinions when what they didnt know if they were saying anything close to the truth. Not naming names as I'm to gentlemanly
. I refrained from commenting on it too much because as I said, I don't know the answer to it.
Opinions are like arseholes though, as we all know.
