A guide for modifying, breaking down and cleaning airsoft guns?

Hello all,

I recently purchased a G&G GR15 Raider (the short, CQB version), and being totally new to Airsoft am now wondering about the things listed in the title - specifically how to change the barrel (and attached front sight) and stock, etcetera. I've searched Google with no obvious, result hence this thread. Can anyone point me in the right direction for modifying a GR15 Raider, general maintenance for an AEG and any other interesting bits and pieces to learn?
