What are enhanced recoil springs

As the title says /\ . Do these make pistols have much harder kick or what ... ?

No, they return the slide to 'battery' or forward position faster/harder. Pull back your slide and let go, the return motion is provided by the spring. They speed up the cycle to an extent not the kick.

For more 'recoil' you need either: A heavier slide, More powerful gas, High flow valves. Also parts to increase efficiency MAY have a SLIGHT effect, piston heads and the like
