TangoDown SR-16 sling point

Howdy folks.

Anyone know if:
A) these will fit airsoft stocks?
B) if they are available in UK or will I have to import from states?
and C) are there any clones available? (long shot I know)

For those that don't know what these are, they clamp round the solid stock of an AR series rifle giving you a single sling point.
