CA M15A4 SL or JG M4A1
25 October, 2009, 22:24
My JG M4A1 just pack up completely ripping the piston head from the rest of it, ruining the cylinder and sending metal down my barrel and ruining that aswell. So i was just wondering should i get a Classic Army M15A4 Sportline or another JG M4A1. I hear that the motor in the CA is quite weak but i could always throw my JG motor in. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Re: CA M15A4 SL or JG M4A1
I am not a fan of the M4's but I have seen the CA Sportline's and apart from looking plasticky the one my friend bought for his girlfriend runs really well.
Why not try and scrounge a few more penny's together and try and get something a bit more reliable I think there are a couple of G&G's in the classified's or try and find a TM. You could always try and sell the JG as spare's it wont be worth much but every little helps :D

Sports lines are shiet, avoid like the plague. Well, the M15a4 sportslines I've encountered anyway, don't know about the AK's etc

You could always get someone to build you a new gearbox. Probably cost the same as a new cheap gun but I'm sure it would be better. New tight bore and maybe hop up with rubber. Must be better than another cheapsoft.
Now if you were going to get a full fat CA...No competition...lol

First place I'd start would be second hand sales. Haven't noticed one for sale for a while, on here at least

If you buy new, get the sportline. I know about 3 people who have these, and they love them. Plus the price gets you a few nice upgrades. Ive had CA guns since i first started, and have not one bad thing to say about them.
Or, as said, buy a second hand gun.
