Re: World War II Era Guns

What I want is a good SMLE, for a reasonable price *stares at KTW*, if the G&G K98k is any good perhaps a CO2 one with similar internals could happen.

I'd recommend the AGM mp40, with about an hours work to clean and reshim plus £6 for some new bushings they can be pretty damn good! I've removed the fire selector from mine and patched the hole as well to make it more realistic, most reliable gun I've owned to boot

Re: World War II Era Guns

The only weak link I know of with the AGM is the "safety switch" in the bottom of the grip. Mine played up a bit to begin with. I'm in the process of overhauling it and fitting a custom MOSFET unit.

EDIT: One more - the mag catches wear a bit quickly, but I make replacements that grip better.

                  reassuringly expensive...

love my MP40, but would love a pulse rifle more.

plus i got a K98, no need for 2 WII weapons for the ammount of airsofting i do, which isn't much any more.
