Need a lightweight rifle with good internals suggestions please?!!
14 February, 2012, 23:30
Hi I'm looking for a new rifle, my 416 is really heavy, are most guns as heavy? What experience have ppl had with the G&P LMT and Enforcer rifles? What are the 'cheap' G&G combat machines with the complete polymer makeup like?!!

I'm using one of G&G's GR16 Raider Blowback guns & find it awesome. Yes there are horror stories of dubious G&G build quailty but I've never had a problem. Had a G&G CM16 Carbine before & that was good too

G&g USED to be bad, they are no longer bad, and are climbing the ladder! Theyre good for the money, just dont expect them to take onthe likes of a g&p that costs 3x as much! The toptech g&gs are however pretty amazing. I have the most expensive m16 variant and it was amazing out the box, and pneumatic blowback!

TM P90. Ran mine for 3 years when I first got it with zero maintainance hitting a constant 330fps with bloody good range.

If you are looking for a lightweight m4, go for the G&G CM16.
It is my AEG of choice toward my other ones as it is some much lighter.
The only problem I recalled with the stock gun is the rate of fire a bit low.

TM P90s get great reviews and if you don't mind the aesthetics and how you'd have to hold it, it would be a great lightweight and reliable AEG

Re: Need a lightweight rifle with good internals suggestions please?!!
p90`s can be a bit of a sod when using high caps as they are gravity fed and trying to get them mags into a normal vest is a pain but they are small and nice
If you go for a smaller more compact m4 then that would be lighter or you could try looking at a PDW the d-boys one is pretty cheap and its a small compact light gun that takes m4 mags only bad thing is that it needs a peq pack for the battery but some people take the fake gas block out and can get a smallish 7.4v lipo in the grip after doing that.
