how to remove end of the barrel on a aeg m4 ? flash hider ?

the plasticy end bit on my aeg m4 has snapped and i want to replace it ive tried undoing it both ways and dont want too break it do they just pull off or do they unscrew ? or is the some specail way you have to get them off ?

there might be a grub screw locking it in place, if there is its use an allen (or hex) key to remove that, then try again.
it may also be glued on, in which case best of luck to you =P

lol hope its not glued cant see any screws holding it on any idea on which way it should come off ?

normally they are counter clockwise,
what brand of m4 is it? somebody with the same one may be able to help

erm dno it has g & g wrote in places and aeg wrote on it aswell ?

Grub screws are tiny, look around your flash hider fully, if you see a small hole then it is held in place by a grub screw, you will need a small allen key to undo it, if your gun is G&P then it will be CW thread and probably won't have a grub screw, most other AEG's are CCW, china made ones sometimes use grubscrews, as do G&G.

yh does say combat machine and aeg and g&g on it will try and find the little screw now thanks for the advice
