Im a fan of prometheus. The velocity it'll give you isn't an exact science though. For example, my mp5k is running a prommy ms90, and chronos at 328fps, despite the short barrel. Your mileage may vary.
It is fantastically boingy though.

Each m100 spring will give you different fps depending on the manufacturer, there is a comparison chart on the internet, if you do a search for aeg spring comparison guide.
