Well ive been to my local site a few times now and im looking for some advice, how do I get to purchase RIF's?

Get on the UKARA Database.

Attend a Skirmish site 3 times in no less than 2 months that is signed up to the scheme.

If you've been to the site enough for them to recognise you as a safe player (recommended 3 times in at least 2 months) you should be able to ask them for site membership. Most retailers will accept a valid site reference though the reference can also be used to put through your information to the UKARA database, which is probably the most convenient route to go

- How old are you?
- Which site do you play
- When was your first game?
- How many times have you played?
