What's a UKARA?
You should know your site number I guess but as for producing some kind of magical official card which a Police officer would recognise, forget it.

No, it only really applies to buying RIFs from retailers. ID maybe if you look under 18

All of the above but it is probably a good idea to keep membership card?UKARA form on you if you do get stopped by police.
