thats an extremely good point! i mean people could be using other peoples ukara which can be found on anyones profile to purchase RIF's

no. your number is linked to your address so if some took my number and their own address, retailer wont send it out

thats exactly my point,people should check but they dont,and probably wont,even though zero one will check for you,when i first got my license i brought and rif from here,gave all my details,asked my site organiser and he never heard a work,and incidently,i did infact give a digit incorectly,missed out an 0,i did send this on to the seller,but when i realised,i already had the gun,it just seems that when you actually think about it,its very easy to get hold a rif,unlicensed
