renewal of ukara membership

hey guys my ukara run out and ive forgotten how i renew it. is it as simple as emailing them and they update the system or do i have to go through all the rigmarole of going three times in two months again? i hope not. i dont have the money

When did you last play at the site you registered with?
Some renew automatically if you've played recently. Best bet is to contact the site.

i have contacted them need a reply. but it was a while back i played there its been a while due to money =/

They might have not renewed you if you haven't played in a while- depends on the site though.

WRT your response - I'd expect them to be more likely to be there on a Sunday - especially if it's a game day...
