Hi there I am selling a tm vsr and someone is willing to buy it but is currently moving house so their delivery address will not be the same as what their ukara number is registered. Is it still ok to sell it as long as their name and DOB matches up? cheers

Sounds like a B/S excuse to me. Why don't they just give you their current UKARA details and check with their regular skirmish site?

I agree with BAMF, thats the best way to find out. If he can't or won't give you his UKARA number, then don't sell it to him

To be honest, if he is moving house, you can hardly punish him, give him some time to find it.

Personally I know mine off by heart, as I write it down when I sign in at GZ, plus its saved on here, and on their website.

The address not matching up isn't as important, as his story seems to fit, as stated, call his skirmish site, or just check his dob and name match via Zeroone service.

His story is getting thinner. How about asking which site he has membership with, and confirming with them? Or is the site in storage too?

If he is moving house, its completely viable that his ukara is in storage...as he is moving?

It's in storage? Has he had it made up in foot high lettering? Mine was sent to me by email and there it sits, to be looked at if I ever need it.... So I suppose mines in storage too hey?!
Sounds like crap to me, as said above- ask what site he plays at and give them a call

Alternatively, if you're still unsure, hold the sale until he's updated his details at his site.

ok I will probaly ask what site he is registered and give them an email and check his name and dob matches up thanks for the help all. How long will it take him to register hsi ukara with his new address?

It might never happen, as UKARA is a person's site registration. If he's moving any distance (which I doubt is happening anyway), he will have to re-register. 3 games, not less than 2 months etc.

If, however, he can still play at his (possibly fictitious) regular site, they can confirm he plays there anyway. Which, to be fair, is all that is required really to establish a defense.

Is he on this site? Does he game with anybody else on here? Ask these sorts of questions of your potential purchaser, as we all know somebody else who can confirm our eligibility to obtain. Don't however, accept a mobile number and his "mate" vouching for him.
